Under This Umbrella Community Foundation, is a non-profit organization, with the goal to get the message out, mental health care is just as important as physical health care. Our purpose is to empower individuals through customized sessions; group and individual, to help you live your best life.
We provide Telehealth group and individual sessions to support each client as they work on behavioral change. This is helpful in renewing faith in daily life, and it promotes higher levels of understanding as we work through whatever your personal problems might be. Our group and individual services assist individuals discover how to realize what is in the way of personal growth, and we walk with you to become the best you, you can be in all phases of your life.
